A Boutique Aesthetic Practice in Claremont, California

Boon Aesthetic Wellness is a small practice in the Claremont Village, and its size is deliberate. Rather than running a high-volume medspa with a rotating roster of providers, every treatment here is performed by Jessica Barron Skelly, RN. The person who assesses your face is the same person who treats it and the same person who follows up afterward.

The philosophy the practice is built on is straightforward. Aesthetic medicine should help you look like a well-rested version of yourself rather than like someone else, and we are far more interested in preserving what already works about your face than in chasing trends that will look dated in three years.

What Makes Boon Different

Treatment planning here starts with anatomy rather than with a price list. Before anything is recommended we look at how your face moves, where volume has genuinely been lost, and how your skin is behaving, and then build a plan around that. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need what you came in asking for, and we will say so.

Jessica trains other injectors nationally, and that teaching work keeps the practice current on technique and product selection. It also encourages a conservative hand. The goal is a result people notice without being able to name.

Treatments Offered at Boon

On the injectable side we offer wrinkle relaxers such as Botox® and Dysport® for expression lines, hyaluronic acid fillers for volume and definition through the lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, collagen restoration for gradual structural rebuilding, and TMJ treatment for jaw tension, clenching and grinding.

For skin quality and regenerative concerns we offer microneedling with optional growth factor add-ons, chemical peels, neck rejuvenation, under-eye PDGF for tired-looking eyes, and hair restoration for thinning hair. Regenerative Aesthetics

A growing part of what we do draws on your own biology rather than a manufactured product. PRF and PDGF-based growth factor treatments use your own platelets and signalling proteins to support collagen, healing and tissue quality. They can be paired with microneedling, used around the eyes, or delivered into the scalp for thinning hair. These treatments work gradually and suit patients who would rather build a result over months than change something overnight.

Your First Visit

First appointments begin with a complimentary consultation, either in person at the studio or remotely if you would rather start with a conversation. We will talk through what is bothering you, what is realistic, and what sequence makes sense, including whether it is worth waiting. You will have a clear plan and a clear price before anything begins, and you are welcome to take time to think it over.

Serving Claremont and the Inland Valley

The studio is at 231 N Indian Hill Blvd, Suite A in Claremont, with free parking in the private lot behind the building. Alongside Claremont we regularly welcome patients from La Verne, Upland, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, San Dimas, Glendora and across the Inland Valley.
