Boon is led by Jessica Barron Skelly, RN, and built around a natural, conservative philosophy — we believe in celebrating aging, not correcting it. Rather than chasing trends, we focus on subtle, undetectable results that enhance your features without ever looking “done.” Every plan is personalized, never one-size-fits-all.
-
We’re located at 231 N Indian Hill Blvd, Suite A, Claremont, CA, and proudly serve clients throughout Claremont, Upland, La Verne, Rancho Cucamonga, and the greater Inland Empire. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our website’s contact form — we’re happy to answer questions before you book.
-
Pricing depends on the treatment and how much product or time is involved, so we don’t publish a one-size-fits-all price list. During your free consultation, we’ll walk through your goals and give you a clear, transparent quote with no surprises. We also offer payment plan options to help make care more accessible.
-
Your first visit starts with an unhurried conversation about your goals, skin, and medical history. We’ll examine your concerns, explain your options, and build a plan together — you’re never rushed into treatment the same day unless you want to be. Most appointments take 30-60 minutes, and downtime is typically minimal to none.
-
All treatments are personally performed by Jessica Barron Skelly, a licensed Registered Nurse and the founder of Boon Aesthetic Wellness. Safety and a conservative, natural approach are at the core of every treatment plan — you’ll always know exactly what’s being used and why.

Both Botox® and Dysport® are wrinkle relaxers that smooth fine lines and prevent new ones from forming, but they differ slightly in formulation, onset, and spread. During your consultation, we’ll help you choose the one that best fits your goals, treatment area, and how quickly you’d like to see results — there’s no single “better” option, just the right one for you.
-
We welcome men as well as women. Aging is universal, and so is our natural, conservative approach — many of our male patients come in for subtle wrinkle relaxers or preventative treatments that keep results looking effortless and undetectable.
-
There isn’t one definition. At Boon, aging well means understanding how your face is changing and making thoughtful decisions about what, if anything, you would like to treat. The goal isn’t to eliminate every sign of aging. It’s to help you feel comfortable and recognizable in your own face.
-
Botox and filler address different things. Botox and other neuromodulators primarily affect muscle movement, while dermal fillers are generally used to restore volume, provide structural support or improve facial balance. What looks like a “wrinkle” or “hollow” isn’t always best treated with either one, which is why an individualized assessment matters.
-
Yes. Botox doesn’t have to mean a completely frozen forehead. Dosing and placement can be individualized based on your anatomy, muscle movement and how much expression you want to maintain.
-
There isn’t a specific age when you should start Botox. A better question is whether there’s something bothering you that Botox can reasonably improve and whether you feel comfortable treating it. If you’re unsure, it’s okay to wait.
-
Seeing a fold, hollow or change in your face doesn’t automatically mean you need filler. Changes in skin quality, facial fat, bone structure and tissue laxity can create similar concerns. Understanding what’s actually causing the change should come before deciding how to treat it.
-
Tell your injector. Your aesthetic preferences should be part of your treatment plan. At Boon, the goal is not to make treatment obvious. We favor thoughtful, individualized treatment that respects your natural features and expressions.
-
Absolutely. A consultation at Boon does not obligate you to receive treatment. Sometimes understanding what’s changing and what your options are is enough.

Boon Aesthetic Wellness is located in Claremont Village West and offers Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal filler, biostimulatory and regenerative aesthetic treatments. Treatments are individualized based on your anatomy, goals and comfort level, with an emphasis on results that still feel like you.

It depends on the treatment. Botox and Dysport typically last three to four months as the muscle gradually regains movement. Hyaluronic acid fillers last anywhere from six months to two years depending on the product, the area treated, and your own metabolism. Collagen stimulation treatments like Sculptra work differently. Rather than adding volume directly, they encourage your own collagen to rebuild over time, and results can last up to two years. We will always walk you through what to expect for your specific treatment plan.
-
Most patients describe the discomfort as brief and manageable, more of a pinch than real pain. Many filler products already contain lidocaine to minimize discomfort during injection, and topical numbing cream is available for more sensitive areas like the lips. We will always check in with you throughout your appointment and adjust as needed.tem description

These treatments work in completely different ways, which is why the right plan often combines more than one. Botox and Dysport are neuromodulators. They relax the muscles that cause expression lines, like the ones between your brows or at the corners of your eyes. Hyaluronic acid fillers add volume directly, restoring fullness to areas like the lips, cheeks, or jawline. Sculptra is a biostimulator. It contains no filler at all, instead it triggers your own body to rebuild collagen gradually over several months. Choosing between them (or combining them) comes down to what’s actually changed in your face, not a one-size-fits-all answer.
-
Before your appointment, we recommend avoiding alcohol and blood-thinning medications like aspirin or ibuprofen for about 24 hours, since these can increase bruising. After treatment, avoid touching or massaging the treated area unless we’ve specifically instructed you to, stay out of direct sun and heat for a day or two, and skip strenuous exercise the day of your appointment. We’ll give you complete personalized aftercare instructions before you leave.tem description

This varies by treatment. Filler results are often visible immediately, though any swelling will need a few days to settle before you see the true final result. Botox and Dysport take longer to show, typically three to five days, with full effect by about two weeks. Sculptra is the most gradual of all. Because it works by rebuilding your own collagen, visible results build slowly over several weeks to months, which is exactly why patients love how natural it looks.tem description

Great in-office treatment and a consistent home skincare routine work together, not separately. A daily broad-spectrum SPF is the single most important thing you can do to protect your results and your skin’s overall health. Beyond that, we’re happy to recommend a simple, effective routine tailored to your skin during your consultation, no need to guess at what’s actually worth buying.tem description
